Chloe "talking" to us at 8 weeks now!

AJ testing his new Lego boat in the pool. We weren't expecting him to get in...thus the undies shot. Anyway, the boat even has a battery powered motor, so it actually speeds around!

AJ and Avery play a quick game of "Save the Beautiful Lady" before school one morning:) Avery vowed to wear the dress all day, unfortunately for her it got too itchy and she had to take it off before the grocery run:)

Chloe at 7 weeks!

A 90 degree, smoggy day in Southern California. You can't even see the mountains! The air quality was rated as "unhealthy for sensitive groups" today! You can see why!

Avery loves to smell the roses on our daily walk through The University of Redland's campus. She's made quite a few friends with all the campus landscapers and maintenance crews:) Some days she takes along a basket and picks up all the fallen petals.

At seven weeks, Chloe has a great smile for Dad:) AJ and Avery have a funny trick for getting her to smile by calling her "Pee Tale". It seems to work every time:)

Avery has started a gymnastics class and is totally loving it! She's really good at it and is fearless...attempting things that the other kids are a bit too skiddish to try!

Happy 6th birthday, AJ! We forgot to take the candles to the cabin, so we had to use fireplace matches instead...looks like we're burning the place down!

We spent the weekend up in The Cabin in the mountains, and it was rather cold at night....AJ was quick to "stoke up the fire" after his bath using the handy blower:)
